What are Probiotics?

This is all due to the communication between the gut and the brain which affects our physical and mental health.
My experience with probiotics:
I personally definitely noticed huge benefits when consuming probiotics. They definitely helped with my stomach but the biggest benefits that they had for me were the mental benefits. Its strange that a supplement that primarily effects your gut can have such profound affects on the way you feel mentally.
