My experiences with turkesterone

I decided to try using turkesterone a few months ago mainly because I had heard a lot of good things about it. There is obviously a lot of debate around whether or not turkesterone actually works. Now don't worry about me being biased as I am not trying to sell you anything I will just give you my experience with turkesterone


My experience:

  • So when I first started taking turkesterone I started of by taking 500mg each day, which is what most brands recommend. I have to be completely honest in the first week I noticed no difference in my gym and fitness performance at all! In fact I actually think that it was negatively impacting my sleep and I found it harder than usual to fall asleep in the first week of taking turkesterone. Now the second week is where things change. After a disappointing first week I started week two with low hopes and wasn't expecting much if any results. But I was pleasantly surprised on my first training session of the week. I felt as if I had so much more energy and strength, it was crazy I hit a new PR on my bench-press and kept the same level of intensity throughout my whole workout. I remember thinking maybe this was just a good day in the gym and this doesn't necessarily mean that the turk was working. But I was so wrong! That whole week I was an animal in the gym, it was like turkesterone was giving me a an extra 2 to 3 reps on every set that I did. For some reason even though my opinions had completely changed on turkesterone and I was excited to continue taking it, I still felt that it was affecting my sleep. It was very strange, I felt restless every night and just couldn't get comfortable. Luckily though this side affect seemed to completely go around week 3 and 4. So what were the following weeks and months like after my great second week? Well I definitely felt and still feel that turkesterone gives me a huge boost in the gym, but after week 2 I didn't have any huge strength gains again. I definitely didn't loose any of the strength that I gained in week 2 so turkesterone has definitely made me stronger, but It definitely hasn't continued to make me much stronger each week. Another important thing to mention is that turkesterone has definitely helped me increase my muscle mass, this is probably because of the boost that it gave me in the gym.

Do I think its worth it?

I think so yes!! I mean what athlete doesn't want a boost in strength and drive in the gym. I actually think this gave me more results than creatine and I reacted very well to creatine.
